We're a one-person operation, so please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. Your item will be sent directly to your address, usually via PostNL.

We are pretty chill with returns as we should be! You can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are for you unless it is clearly our mistake (wrong item for example).

We try our best to accurately describe our items, but please keep in mind (most of) our items are second handed - please expect some small signs of wear.
